What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We ship worldwide for FREE. That is correct, all delivery charges are paid by us for you. So you can spend more money on the products you love without you to worry about the hassle of how much shipping will cost you. Please note however, any taxes associated with your country are outside of our scope and will need to be paid by you if ever these fees arise.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept various methods of payment online. Which include Paypal and Payments via the Stripe Gateway. Both methods of payment accept Credit or Debit Card. If you choose to pay via Paypal you do not need to have or create an account. Simply check out via Paypal and enter your Credit/Debit Card details and you will be covered by Paypal’s buyer protection.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated shipping takes 7-14 business days depending where you are located around the world. Handling can take up to 3 business days.

As we endeavor for all parcels to be shipped as quickly as possible there may be some instances where parcels are delayed due to the courier.

Parcels will be tracked for your convenience.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

The protection and security of your data is important to us. This is why we implement and us HTTPS certificates. You can see that your browser is secure by looking for the padlock next to our website domain name at the top left of your browser. Not only that, but we use Paypal and Stripe to accept payments. What exactly happens after ordering?

After you have placed your order online and we have received your payment we will send you an automatic email confirmation confirming your order. We will then process your order and dispatch right away. Once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation confirming your order is on its way.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind.


Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

The item(s) is new, unused and in its original packaging.

The item(s) are not opened, specifically where there is packaging for consumption.

The customer will be liable for the return shipping costs. All exchanges must be returned with tracked parcels.


Any item(s) deemed faulty will be verified and you the customer will be eligible for a replacement, part or full refund depending on case by case situation. Refunds are not eligible for items that are deemed faulty by misuse of the product.

Refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

All orders will carry a 30 day warranty from the time the order was placed.
